Hello!
I haven’t blogged in a while, which isn’t cool. From time to time one finds oneself juggling many things at the same time, which is all good if you are an over achiever – multi tasker – super-human-being-kinda-person. But sadly I don’t happen to be one ( wish I was though ;P). About a month or so ago I finally decided to juggle with another social media/ internet/ world wide web/ social interactive hyperspace etc etc… Youtube. All the filming, editing and post processing has really been hogging up all my time and I haven’t been able to give any lourve to my blog. So now that I have sort of got a handle on it and have worked out somewhat of a filming, editing and uploading schedule, I thought that I should get back to blogging.
Elaborating a little bit about my youtube space, my channel airs videos related to beauty and make up. And ummmm that’s because I happen to be a make-up artist along with being a super blogger (NOT 😛 ) I post a lot of fun make up tutorials, easy hair tutorials, quick make up tips & tricks kind of videos. Now talking about this particular blog entry, I wanted to share another fun OOTD with y’all.
I have been eyeballing distressed jeans on everybody lately and have been wanting to get my hands on a pair for a hot minute. I really like how some girls can totally rock the ill fitted boyfriend style jeans with distressed details, but given my robust body I don’t really think they would go on me. ( trust me I have tried, I look like a homeless person ;P) I feel that tapered, skinny or bootlegged jeans look the most flattering on my body shape. Even after rampaging through quite a few stores I couldn’t really find those perfect ripped jeans for myself. I thought, what the hell! I’m just gonna do it the old fashioned way, I am gonna just rip my own jeans. I mean why spend thousands buying a new pair, when I can very gladly self destroy a good old pair of jeans. It took me 2 and half hours to rip my lovely skinny and sculpt denims from M&S at four different places, and every minute spent on this tedious process of careful destruction was worth it. Once I was satisfied with how they were looking I tried them on and suddenly realised that why have I been wearing normal jeans? Have I been living under a rock? They look so darn cool. ( I totally had a cool kid moment :p )
I love bringing together elements from different trends into my outfit. So I decided to ditch the typical tank top/ t- shirt/ jersey top etc type of a upper and went ahead with a lovely printed boho style chiffon top. It made the whole outfit so relaxed and vibrant. I really liked the way it turned out.

To accessorise I threw on a multi layered silver beads necklace and my favourite grey beads long chain. I wore a statement silver mirror ring and absolutely stunning multi coloured silver earrings.
